Regents Park Bridge Restoration

In Autumn 2004, Wells Cathedral Stonemasons worked on the restoration of a Regents Park bridge in London.

Gloucester Gate bridge, on the outer circle of Regents Park, was demolished by a powerful sports car. Wells Cathedral Stonemasons was commissioned to replicate and reinstate. The Red Sandstone was sourced from Locharbriggs in Dumfries. The panel included an intricate rose flower pattern.
