Steps for The Grange Opera

At The Grange opera house in Northington, the steps had been sliding down due to splayed backs on the stone and the sub structure being built over a vault. The Portland stone steps were removed/repaired, and new square block stoolings were pinned and glued to the underside. Concrete stepped platforms were introduced as a firm base for the rebuilding of the steps to prevent future movement.
