Wells Cathedral Stonemasons prepare Plaques for a Ceremony at the Bishop's Palace, Wells Cathedral

The Wells Cathedral Stonemasons have prepared special plaques, which were presented to the region’s best building projects at the inaugural RICS South West Awards.
The five plaques were carved from marble by craftsmen at the Wells Cathedral Stonemasons, in Cheddar, and were presented to the winning building projects at a ceremony held at the Bishop’s Palace in Wells Cathedral.
Peter Arkell, Managing Director for the Wells Cathedral Stonemasons commented: "The plaques were specially prepared for the ceremony to be held at the Cathedral and we were honoured to be asked to carve them."
